MOUND RANCH offers full guided hunts for Whitetail Deer, Eastern and
Rio Grande Turkey, and Varmints on a private 2200 acre ranch.
Nestled alongside Big Creek, our ranch encompasses wheat field and
prairie pasture as well as areas densely wooded with oak, walnut,
pecan, and persimmon trees. Sixteen hundred acres are located in one
tract. Lodging and meals are provided on location for most hunts.
Hayrick Mound Ranch is home to many mature Whitetail bucks. Turkey
populations are outstanding. We are in the fifth year of a game
management program on the property. This will be the third season
hunting has been publicly offered on the property, allowing hunters a
rare experience with an unpressured wildlife population. All hunts are
fair chase and absolutely no high fencing is used. There are plenty of
farm ponds to fish on during your down time. Hunters should expect a
great outdoors experience.
We are now booking hunts for 2007 Spring and Fall hunting seasons
Turkey, and Whitetail deer, hunting. We have a limited number of deer
